Training at RÜTGERS
As a company with a longstanding tradition we feel especially committed to the future. That’s why we are not only an important employer in the region, in which we are at home, but we also take the effort to train new skilled workers. Alone at our Castrop-Rauxel site there are about 450 employees, approximately 50 of which are undergoing apprenticeship training in the following occupations:
- Chemical technician,
- laboratory chemist
- Industrial mechanic / maintenance and
- Industrial sales clerk.
We offer those starting work, apprentices and trainees, an extensive and qualitative, high-value apprentice training programme with top perspectives.
Furthermore, we support companies by means of a regional apprentice training network, who offer traineeships, but cannot provide their apprentices all the relevant content. About 30 of these junior employees complete some of their training modules every year with us.
